As voters head to the poles some clear voting stances are becoming clearer with Obama and Romney vying for the top post in the White House.
According to realclearpolitics.com at the moment they are a few states that are undecided; Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin.
At the moment Arizona is a leaning towards Gov. Mitt Romney with his strongest support coming for the senator in Georgia, Indiana, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska (CD2), South Carolina, South Dakota.
The Romney and Ryan campaign is also receiving the backing from Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virgina and Wyoming.
President Obama has Maine(CD2), Minnesota and Oregon leaning towards him with strong indicators that Connecticut, Maine, New Jersey and New Mexico will have his vote as the electoral drags on.
Other solid states for the current president include California, District of Columbia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Washington, Delaware, Hawaii, Maryland, New York and Vermont.
Different sites are indicating that President Obama is currently has the lead, a Rasmussen Electoral Map says that he has the edge with 237 electoral votes with Gov. Romney holding onto 206 votes and according to the report there is 95 votes undecided.
PolicyMic also has the President Obama with a nose out in front they are reporting that he has 295 electoral votes to Mitt Romney's 220.
The Electoral College is the process which determines who becomes president. When a citizen casts their vote for president, they also vote for an elector who casts a ballot in a separate election which determines the winner.
