SPOILER ALERT: Tonight there is all new episode of James Spader’s The Blacklist on NBC. The action is starting to heat up on the hit drama. Last week Tom got the better of his wife, sparing her life and attempting to convince her that he is one of the good guys. He even left her with a piece of evidence that will supposedly prove his claims. What is in the envelope? Check out our predictions below before you watch the all new episode.
The official plot synopsis for this week’s all new episode, titled “ The Kingmaker,” reads:
“A politician in Prague is framed for murder, triggering the team's effort to take down the Kingmaker, a shifty strategist who's behind the rise of powerful politicians. Meanwhile, Liz unearths a secret that Red has been hiding.”

Recently the show’s very own Agent Keen, actress Megan Boone, sat down with Yahoo TV to discuss Linus Roache’s role as the villainous King Maker:
“The Kingmaker is the most mysterious blacklister so far. Red knows less about him than he's known about any of them. I think as we move toward the finale, the blacklisters become more nefarious and more mysterious, and Red knows less and less about them. It becomes more of a risk for Red as the season progresses.”
Boone went on to add that actors have a little insight into where the series is heading:
“We've all been in discussion about where it's going to go and our paths together. Liz does not know what Red knows, obviously. In the beginning I wanted to not know--I wanted to block out anything that Liz didn't know--but then as the story progressed and as I got into working on the show, it became essential that I had a sense of where she was going, so I started to talk to the writers more about the over-arching storyline. I'm very involved with discussions with the writers, every episode… there's a really open dialogue behind the scenes here at "The Blacklist." We're all in the same boat, headed in the same direction.”
