When it comes to the upcoming movie Hunger Games 3: Mockingjay, rumors are always flying. This is even true of the stars, especially Jennifer Lawrence, who the tabloids insist is pregnant and engaged. This week, however, the buzz centers around the release date of the film's official trailer and when you may get to watch it.
Well Hunger Games fans, you better buy your tickets to Cannes now. The festival, which kicks off in less than a month, will reportedly debut the film's trailer for the very first time, as Examiner reports:
"A Festival news Twitter account claimed Thursday morning that the trailer would debut during Cannes, which runs from May 14-25 in France. There is no official word yet from Lionsgate or Cannes Film Festival. However, the rumor seems likely, given that this would not be the first time The Hunger Games franchise has appeared at Cannes."
Of course, you may want to hold off on buying your plan tickets to France just yet. After all, it was originally rumored that the trailer would be shown at the recent MTV Movie Awards, which it was not. This may be equally heartbreaking.
What's really heartbreaking, however, is that reports that Jennifer Lawrence is pregnant and engaged are totally false...at least for now. Despite Lawrence's denial of the claims, OK! still feels confident enough to quote one source that claims Jennifer Lawrence and BF Nicholas Hoult will have a surprise non-Hollywood wedding:
"I don't think there's going to be any big announcement. They just want to slip away and get married in quiet. They'd much rather run off somewhere and marry quietly and then have a family get-together, one in Kentucky [Jennifer's home state] and the other in London [Nicholas' home turf]. Having a lavish Hollywood wedding is the last thing they want. Jen says planning it all and working out a guest list would drive her crazy. It would be so stressful deciding who to invite, so as not to offend anyone in Hollywood."
