Now that How I Met Your Mother has ended its impressive nine-year-run, CBS has shifted its Monday night line up. Two Broke Girls is moving to its new time, replacing HIMYM. The show’s star Kat Dennings will be live tweeting the new episode airing at 8:00 p.m. eastern. In tonight’s episode, Lindsay Lohan stops by to spend some time with the girls. Following the new episode is James Vanderbeek's new series, Friends with Better Lives.
How I Met Your Mother may be over, but CBS isn’t looking to give up the night. Tonight the network is moving into the 8:00 p.m. slot. Lindsay Lohan was brought in to help the girls make the move.
One uncharitable blogger claiming to have been in the audience when the episode was filmed, blasted lohan on his blog, Crazy Days and Crazy Nights, writing:
''Lindsay was a train-wreck... you only want to watch so many collisions before you realize you have better things to do with your life...[We, the audience members] are very familiar with every single one of Lindsay Lohan's lines and can repeat them all verbatim to you because we heard them so many times last night. There is not a member of the audience who couldn't do a better job than Lindsay Lohan did last night.''
Shortly after the blog was released, Kat Dennings denied the claims, tweeting a link to a Contactmusic article about the blog along with the message:
“This article is complete bulls**t. Lindsay was prepared, sweet to everyone, & professional. Not nice to spread lies.”
Speaking of tweeting, Kat Dennings will be live tweeting tonight’s episode of the show.
Following the episode will be an all new episode of the new series, Friends with Better Lives.
Check out all the fun tonight on CBS starting at 8:00 p.m.
