Fox News Hot Megyn Kelly Talks Pay, Elisabeth Hasselbeck FIRED by Barbara Walters?

Fox News continues to dominate the ratings, and many feel that has something to do with the indisputably hot Megyn Kelly. The anchor recently talked about equal pay with Sheryl Sandberg. In related news, Barbara Walters finally opened up about Elisabeth Hasselbeck, implying that the former reality star was fired.

If there is one thing Megyn Kelly knows how to do better than generate ratings, it's likely creating controversy. The blonde bombshell recently attacked yet another one of Obama's initiatives, as Salon reports:

"Earlier this week, Fox News' Megyn Kelly called the gender wage gap a 'meme' and said that equal pay laws - like the executive actions taken by President Obama on Tuesday - are "infantilizing" to women. But on Wednesday night, Kelly interviewed Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg...and so she toned it way, way down."

The liberal news outlet went on to praise Sandberg's rebuttal, however, it's unclear how this resonated with viewers of Fox News, who clearly favor Kelly's stance:

"At one point, Kelly tried to set up Sandberg to criticize the president's executive actions and other policies directed at narrowing the gap by suggesting they are just fuel for lawsuits, but Sandberg came back and said, 'I think it's good that the president took some steps, but it's not enough. In order to close the gap, we need all kinds of things to happen.'"

Megyn's not the only Fox News personality to take heat this week. Legendary anchorwoman Barbara Walters threw shade on Elisabeth Hasselbeck, who appeared on Walters' The View for a number of years.

In an interview with Variety, Barbara finally opened up about what happened to Joy Behar and Elisabeth Hasselbeck. Though she attempted to clear her name in the decision making, Walters acknowledged that without Joy, there really was really no place for Elisabeth (via Huffington Post):

"These are not Barbara and Bill's decisions. The network is also involved. I think the feeling was if one went, both had to leave. We needed to shake things up."
