Bravo Real Housewives of Atlanta's Phaedra Parks' husband Apollo Nida must want people to cry for him or something like that, because the often charge but rarely convicted bad boy is trying to spin his life experiences into some sort of sob story. Season 6 cast member Porsha Williams has been publicly accused of stealing the song she performed during last week's episode, but says she can prove otherwise. And Kandi Burress' Mama Joyce verbally attacked her new son-in-law Todd Tucker during a post weeding interview for not signing the prenup quickly enough for her liking.
Kandi Burress may have got her mother Joyce to be cool long enough to get through her wedding ceremony with Todd Tucker, but now that the deal is done, Joyce is back to talking that smack.
Mama Joyce told The Urban Daily the she was still convinced Todd was after her daughters money:
"I got a little pissed at the bridegroom the night before this wedding. He kind of held up on signing the prenup and didn't come to the rehearsal dinner because he didn't want to sign it.
"His mom said she didn't see no reason for him to have to sign because they were in love. He was the one who didn't have a damn thing, but that's another story. But from what I understand, he did sign."
Apollo Nida said he conducted an interview with Radar Online, because Nida wants to get his side of the story out there:
But it seems Apollo was really just interested in trying to get people who don't know him to feel sorry for him:
"People want to hear the true side of me...I'm more than just what you see on TV and what's been tossed around in the media."
"[As a child, a family member] OD'd on heroin in front of me...I lived from place to place."
"Don't do as I do, but take my experiences and hope that it will give you a better platform.
"Everything doesn't have to be negative.
"I have very educating things to say, so that people can embark on something new."
Meanwhile, pugilist Porsha Williams is being accused of singing a song on last week's episode without permission form the writer Pierre Medor.
According to TMZ, Pierre claims that he never gave Porsha that song to actually sing for human ears:
"On Sunday night's episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta, Porsha sang a song called, "Perfectly Worthless"...and that's exactly how it sounded, according to the guy who wrote it.
"Pierre Medor--who's worked with Usher, Diddy and Nelly--says he only gave the song to Porsha to test her voice...and had no idea the song would end up on the air.
"In fact, he claims he made a deal for someone else to record it."
"But Porsha tells TMZ...Medor signed a waiver with Bravo for his appearance on RHOA--and even sent a text message saying he LIKED hearing his song on the show."
Is everybody on Real Housewives of Atlanta a professional criminal, or for some is it just a hobby?
