New 'Hannibal' Episode: Will Gets Revenge Before Season 2 Finale? [SPOILERS]

Spoiler Warning: Things are starting to get darker and darker on NBC’s hit drama. The Red Dragon inspired series is serving up another installment featuring everyone’s favorite killer cannibal. In tonight’s new episode,Will Graham is out of jail and out for revenge. This is all leading up to the Season 2 finale this May.

The official plot synopsis for tonight’s new episode, titled “Yakimono,”reads:

“Jack's star pupil (Anna Chlumsky) is found alive, and she becomes the best hope to identify the Chesapeake Ripper. Meanwhile, Will is released from Chilton's asylum; Will warns Chilton that he could be in danger; suspicions about Hannibal build.”

With Will now free the question is how will get revenge against Hannibal?

Hannibal star Mads Mikkelsen recently spoke to The Huffington Post about his and Will’s complicated relationship, and why Hannibal framed him for murder:

“That was the only way out. It was obviously to save Hannibal. All the evidence was pointing my way, so there was no way out but to frame Will. My goal was definitely to get Will out of this, not only because he deserves it, but because Hannibal misses him. It's like a mirror, where Will is something that reminds him of himself. He's invested in Will for a reason. Hannibal believes Will is a part of him, and he is a part of Will.”

He went on to discuss the current state of things between Will and Hannibal:

“It is like a teacup that has shattered and he has to pick up the pieces. Hannibal has done his very best in the jail, and in the courtroom, to back up his friend. Hannibal has also done his very best to frame somebody else to get Will out of jail, but there are some trust issues that we need to address. It's a shattered friendship, but it's not broken totally.”

Be sure to check the all new episode tonight at 10:00 p.m. on NBC.
