Renewed 'Two Broke Girls' New Time, Replaces 'HIMYM' with Lindsay Lohan "Train Wreck" Episode

The hit CBS sitcom Two Broke Girls returns next week at a brand new time with all new episodes. The newly renewed series will replace How I Met Your Mother, at 8:00 p.m. eastern. Next week’s wedding themed episode, guest starring Lindsay Lohan, has already garnered some controversy. One alleged audience member has posted a blog blasting the actress, calling her a “train wreck.” Now the show’s stars, Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs, have stepped up in defense of Lohan.

CBS’ Two Broke Girls are moving on up. The hit series is taking over How I Met Your Mother’s old time slot. Starting next week, Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs will kick off the Monday night prime time line up.

Like a true friend, Lindsay Lohan will be helping the girls make the move. The controversial actress is joining the cast for a very special wedding themed episode.

One blogger, claiming to have been in the audience, blasted Lohan on his blog,Crazy Days and Crazy Nights, writing:

''Lindsay was a train-wreck... you only want to watch so many collisions before you realize you have better things to do with your life...[We, the audience members] are very familiar with every single one of Lindsay Lohan's lines and can repeat them all verbatim to you because we heard them so many times last night. There is not a member of the audience who couldn't do a better job than Lindsay Lohan did last night.''

However, Kat Dennings was not about to sit back and let the blogger slander Lohan. Dennings tweeted a link to a Contactmusic article about the blog along with the message:

“This article is complete bulls**t. Lindsay was prepared, sweet to everyone, & professional. Not nice to spread lies.”

Beth Behrs echoed her co-stars statement, adding:

“This article isn't true. I second @OfficialKat . @lindsaylohan was kind to everyone, professional and knew her s**t.”

Two Broke Girls is all new next Monday on CBS, at its new time, 8:00 p.m.
