American Idol Carrie Underwood and her pro-hockey husband Mike Fisher may not be pregnant with the first baby just yet, but rumor has it they are trying. Underwood recently posted a picture of her buff back mid-workout on Twitter, and Carrie's personal trainer Erin Oprea recently revealed the secret to Underwood's impressive hot body.
Word has it that Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher are planning to have a baby this year, now that Carrie finally has some time off.
An insider told Life & Style that Carrie and Mike have been looking forward to starting their family for some time:
"Mike and Carrie hoped to get pregnant in 2013, but they decided to put it off.
"During the holidays they told friends and family that 2014 was going to be the year they had a baby. They are both finally ready now."
And with Carrie turning 32 this year on top of already being in the best shape of her life, now certainly seems as good a time as any.
Underwood's personal trainer of the past six years Erin Oprea told E! that the secret to Carrie's success was her dedication to diet as well as exercise:
"Carrie is amazing to work with...She is a real person...I don't think of her as a celebrity.
"We have a lot of fun. Carrie always brings it!...She is hard worker, motivated and disciplined.
"[But] Nutrition is key to maximizing everything you do during your workouts. My belief in nutrition is to eat clean and unprocessed foods, and really watch your sodium and sugar intake.
"Carrie loves a tofu scramble with peppers and onions for breakfast, and I know that she snacks on raw vegetables."
Let's just hope Carrie Underwood is not so in love with her perfect body, that she's afraid to ruin it with a pregnancy.
