Keeping you Classicalites abreast of the latest in movie scores, up next comes to us from Mica Levi, frontwoman of Micachu & the Shapes.
The rocker scores Jonathan Glazer's film Under the Skin, a cinematic adaptation of Michael Faber's sci-fi novel, and Siri-contending Scarlett Johansson is to play the lead role as--well, um--a deadly alien seductress.
The film is set to hit theaters April 4, with Levi's soundtrack dropping April 1 in the U.S. and March 31 in the UK via Milan.
However, the entire soundtrack is streaming via the good people at Pitchfork Advance.
Other albums set to stream via Pitchfork will include experimental outfit, the Body with their latest I Shall Die Here along New York Metalists Pyrrhon with their latest The Mother of Virtue coming at us April 1.
So don't miss out on some new tunes, man. And if Levi had any sensibility, she'd premiere those sultry vocals from Scarlett as heard via the ending of Spike Jonze's Her.
