After months of rumors that he is going to breakup with the beautiful Eva Mendes, Ryan Gosling finds himself in a shirtless battle.

Of course, the real news surrounding Ryan is that he could be calling it quits with his girlfriend, the beautiful Eva Mendes. One insider told Heat that the two have definitely broken up, and Ryan is struggling without Eva by his side (via Independent):
"Ever since they broke up, Ryan's been pleading with Eva to take him back...He was a wreck without her - she's his muse and the only woman alive who could give him the courage to try directing. They're good for each other and a great match. He knows it and he's not going to let her get away this time."
This report is in line with others we've seen, including a recent edition of OK! Magazine. The popular U.S. tabloid quotes a source who revealed that it was Eva who decided to call things quits:
"Eva said the relationship just ran its course. There wasn't a lot to say. He was everything you're supposed to want in a guy--great on paper--but she felt like something was missing."
