'RHONJ' Teresa Giudice Guilty Plea Proves Nancy Grace Right, Still Spending? [UPDATE]

Despite all odds, it appears that Nancy Grace was actually right about something. The talking head predicted that Teresa Giudice was guilty of fraud, and the Real Housewives of New Jersey star confirmed those allegations when she took the stand. And a new tabloid report suggests that the Giudices learned nothing from their past legal woes, as they continue to spend money out of control.

One source recently spoke to Radar Online about the Giudices' refusal to accept reality. Still, the insider explains, Teresa and Joe's "lavish lifestyle" isn't fooling anyone:

"Teresa and Joe are completely in denial. They still live in their house that nobody thinks they can afford, they're driving leased cars and they still shop and go out places...Every penny that Teresa makes from her shows, books and her hair care product line has always been spent and even now people are worried that she's still not saving. Both she and Joe are refusing to admit that things could be really bad for their family."

It's that sort of delusional mentality that likely lead to Nancy Grace's having been right about the Giudices. In a show prior to the Giudices' recent trial, Grace told her audience:

"I think [Teresa and Joe] were in it together and you know what? You can get away with shoplifting, maybe stealing a car but don't mess with the feds when it comes to money. Never mess with the tax man. Never mess with the feds alright? They have no mercy. I predict they're going down. Much as Martha Stewart was used I think they will be used as an example to other people."

What do you think about the latest rumors? Are the Giudices still spending themselves crazy? We want to hear from you. Tell us your thoughts in the comment field below.
