Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson have been engaged for what seems like an eternity. After changing their wedding plans and then changing them again, it appears that Jessica has finally lost enough weight to allow the nuptial to actually be exchanged in public. She recently revealed her bridesmaid list as well as her weight loss secrets.
Jessica Simpson has finally dropped enough tonnage that she is comfortable proceeding with her and Eric Johnson's wedding plans.
It's true that Jessica Simpson is looking like the old Daisey Duke, that we all wish we knew and longed to love, but it wasn't easy getting down to those shorty short sizes.
Jessica's trainer Harley Pasternak told Us Weekly that, Simpson's new body was the result of a consistent diet and exercise:
"Jessica is a model of consistency...We do bench step-overs, single-leg dead lifts and skater lunges.
"She has her standard snacks and meals, but she's often on the run."
Jessica knows that might technically be how she lost the weight, but feels that her family was the motivation for shedding the pounds.
Simpson put a picture of her working-out with friend Stephanie Terblanche on Instagram, with an explination that the best motivators are always right at home:
"Nothing motivates us for our workout more than some Johnson @baylormcg @asics."
According to Life & Style, Stephanie might be Jessica's workout buddy, but she isn't on Simpson's "short list" for bridesmaids:
"She's selected three women to be her bridesmaids.
"She'll definitely have Ashlee Simpson and her BFF CaCee Cobb.
"[And] she's also chosen her stylist, Nicole Chavez."
Stephanie reportedly doesn't feel bad, because rumor has it that at the last wedding Jessica attended she accidently ate the flower girls.
