‘Fast and Furious 7’ Paul Walker Autopsy Alive After Crash; Parents Raising Daughter Meadow NOT Drunk Mom?

Paul Walker's parents are reportedly raising his 15-year-old daughter Meadow in the wake of the tragic car crash last November. The Fast and Furious 7 star, whose autopsy revealed was alive initially following the accident, left all his property and money to Meadow in addition to naming his father, Paul Walker Sr., sole executor of his $25 million estate. That's not enough for Meadow's grandmother Cheryl Ann Walker, she is looking for a judge to grant the Walkers full custody of their granddaughter in order to keep her away from her "drunk" mother.

Paul Walker's sudden and unexpected death in a tragic car crash late last year left the future of his daughter Meadow, as well as his fortune, in question.

We reported last month that Walker's father Paul, Sr. had successfully won the right to act as sole executor of his son's sizable estate (via TMZ):

"A judge approved Paul's request to make his dad executor this morning in Santa Barbara court...The issue of Meadow's guardianship was not raised in court.

"As we reported, Paul specified in his will that he wanted his mother Cheryl to become Meadow's guardian in the event of his death. He made no mention of Rebecca.

"Meadow's guardianship will be determined at a later hearing--for now, she's living with grandma."

Well, apparently grandma is ready to make her next move; Cheryl is apparently taking aggressive litigious action against Paul's ex Rebecca Soteros.

According to OK! Magazine, Cheryl Ann is claiming that Soteros alcohol abuse make her unfit to raise Meadow alone:

"Cheryl Ann Walker filed a court petition on March 18 to take responsibility for the late actor's child, claiming her mother Rebecca Soteros, "has a drinking problem."

"Rebecca and Meadow are reportedly living with grandma Walker."

Talk about an odd couple.
