Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Joe and Teresa Giudice are once again being accused of cheating the system. This time, however, it's Teresa's fans that are speculating she is guilty of fraud.
As Classicalite previously reported, Teresa's recent actions at a book signing have many fans shaking their heads. After fans already paid a pretty penny to meet Teresa, she upped the ante by charging an exorbitant signing fee, as Radar Online reports:
"Teresa was advertised as the celebrity guest and that she would be signing copies of her latest book. But nowhere was it advertised that she would be charging guests $25 to sign and take a photo with her!"
That's not the only sketchy part of the signing. One source told the publication that Teresa refused to accept any form of payment other than cash:
"When you walked up to her, the woman next to her was quick to advise that it was $25 and 'cash only.' Cash only? Who takes cash only? Even Teresa was telling guests it was 'cash only, no receipts' and she had bags of cash beside her where her colleague was collecting the money."
This left a lot of Teresa's fans talking. One such attendee told Perez Hilton they were certain the Giudices were back to their bad habits:
"Everyone was saying it was clearly to avoid a paper trail of her sales ... I wonder if Teresa was taking cash only so she could avoid having to declare that income? It's a possibility."
