Musician and actor Justin Timberlake eloped with long time girlfriend Jessica Biel on Friday, Oct. 19 in the south of Italy in the city of Fasano accompanied by close family and friends.
The Hollywood duo said in a statement to People. "It's great to be married, the ceremony was beautiful and it was so special to be surrounded by our families and friends."
According to Eonline.com before the wedding took place in the Borgo Egnazia resort in Fasano the pop music sensation and the former 7th Heaven star held a casual beach party on Wednesday night before moving the festivities elsewhere.
On the day of the wedding some of the close friends of the couple included the likes of night time TV personality Jimmy Fallon. Music mogul Timbaland, Andy Samberg and N'Sync associate Chris Kirkpatrick.
The event is rumored to have caused in the region of $6.5 million and the wedding itself was a tight run thing, with security on high alert according to Eonline.
The couple has been dating since 2007 and got engaged to be married in late 2011 with Timberlake choosing the wedding ban on his own Yahoo reported.
At the time of the engagement Biel said about her wedding ring. "I had no say whatsoever. I don't micromanage."
She also told InStyle. "(Justin) is fearless in his choices and has a real eye for design And I'll be honest: He has better taste than I do."
Before settling down with Biel, Timberlake dated high profile celebreties the likes of actress Cameron Diaz and pop artist Britney Spears.
