The ladies of Real Housewives of New York, are intent on making this season the most talked about season to date. Sonja Morgan recently sat down and discussed Ramona Singer's divorce. Aviva Drescher removes her fake leg and uses it as a weapon, and Heather Thomson gets caught up throwing shade.
Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer still remain BFFs. At least that's how Morgan made it seem, when she sat down with Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live.
The reality star couldn't say enough good things about Ramona, when an audience member asked what her favorite times with Mo were:
"Oh, gosh. We have so many. I don't know. We are like sisters now. I'd say St. Barts when she's by my side and we're just going crazy on the yacht, and our swimsuit times."
Of course, she was a little more tight-lipped when asked about Ramona's divorce. After an audience member asked Morgan if she was shocked by Ramona and Mario splitting, Sonja responded:
"After all I've been through, nothing surprises me. I mean, life is that way. I don't really like to talk about it."
One thing that is going to have everyone talking is Aviva Drescher's appearance on this season. In a Season 6 trailer that was recently released, it appears that Aviva's prosthetic leg was taken off at a party, as Hollywood Life explains:
"Along with the usual Real Housewives tropes - ear-piercing fights, crocodile tears, undeserved vacations, etc. - the new season also packs a few surprises, one of which being that Aviva Drescher literally pulls off her own fake leg during a confrontation with the other wives."
Fake leg or not, Aviva doesn't get any sympathy from fellow cast mate Heather Thomson. Heather had no trouble throwing shade at Aviva during an interview, as New York Daily News reveals:
"Heather Thomson, who just completed her sophomore season on the show, wasted no time in telling Confidenti@l that her least favorite castmate, "for sure," is fellow season-five joiner Aviva Drescher. 'It's very hard for me to say that because it's disappointing,' Thomson said. 'I guess I shouldn't have expectations, but I had really high expectations for Aviva coming into this season.'"
