Tonight the hit AMC series, The Walking Dead returns with the first of the final three episode of Season 4. Check out the preview of the new episode before you tune in tonight. Meanwhile, Daryl Dixon has seemingly defeated The Green Arrow. A new online poll has caused a voting war between fans of Norman Reedus and Stephen Amell.
Recently Zap2it, pitted The Walking Dead fans against Arrow-heads when Norman Reedus and Stephen Amell made it to round 2 of their Social Media Showdown. Shortly after the announcement, Stephen Amell took to Facebook to rally his fans.
“Facebook! I’ve met Norman Reedus. I like Norman Reedus… But if you think I’m going down to someone who uses a crossbow, you’ve got another thing coming. Let’s take this to the next level.”
However, the polls are now closed and it looks like Reedus won out with nearly double the vote. You hear that Arrow fans. You have failed this city…sorry series.
Speaking of Daryl Dixon, Walking Dead creator, Robert Kirkman recently spoke to Entertainment Weekly about the possibility of Daryl hooking up with the much younger, Beth:
“They’re growing close, just as anyone who is stuck in that situation would grow close. Now whether or not that is going to evolve into a romantic relationship remains to be seen. They’ve already been separated, so my hopes for that to happen are pretty low. There’s a pretty slim chance of that relationship coming together and it continues the narrative of poor old Daryl is unlucky in love. But they’re definitely clinging to each other for survival and growing a bond that forms when you’re in that kind of that situation.”
Kirkman went on to tease tonight’s all new episode, adding:
“I would say this is a big one. It’s definitely one that people are going to remember and it’s definitely one people are going to talk about. If there is one episode of The Walking Dead that you absolutely had to watch this season, it would be this one. You kind of have to watch all of them, but it’s going to be a big episode. We’re going to catch a lot of people off guard.”
