When it comes to the cast of the upcoming 50 Shades of Grey movie, no matter what they do, it makes news headlines. This is even true for Charlie Hunnam, who dropped out of the film after committing to play title character Christian Grey. The up and coming actor is now focusing on Sons of Anarchy. Warning: Mild Season 7 Spoilers Follow!
Charlie Hunnam may have abandoned his role as the kink-obsessed billionaire of 50 Shades of Grey, but that doesn't mean that he is leaving acting altogether. The hunky celeb is currently working on Season 7 of the hit biker action-drama, Sons of Anarchy.
And it looks like Charlie may be getting a little on-screen help, if show creator Kurt Sutter has his way. According to a report by Zap 2 It, Kurt is trying to get Breaking Bad's own Aaron Paul to join the show:
"Through the [process of filling new roles], one name occurs to him: Former Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul. During a question and answer session with his Twitter followers, Sutter was asked who he would pick, if he could have any actor on Sons. 'I think it would be fun to get @aaronpaul_8 on the show,' he writes."
Marcia Gay Harden, who would have played Charlie's mom, if he had stayed with the Fifty film, is also making news. In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, she dished about Jamie Dornan's on-set singing:
"Behind the scenes, he'll jump into an Irish ditty, or he was singing a lot of Rita Ora. He's like [in Irish brogue], 'Oh, you got that in brain now.' We're like, 'Come back to America, because you got a scene in a minute.' 'But it's in my brain!' He's sweet."
