‘Big Bang Theory’ Season 10 Cast Spoilers: Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco and Johnny Galecki Sign On for 3 More Years

The cast of Big Bang Theory is boldly taking their flagship comedy sitcom where no one goes anymore, into Friends Season 10 territory. Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, Kaley Cuoco and the rest of the crew's hit show has been renewed for three more years.

In this day and age it is unheard of for even a hit like Sopranos or The Office to make it to the ten years milestone, but after seven seasons the cast of the Big Bang Theory still holds top comedy spot among viewers between the ages of 18-49.

So to hear CBS Entertainment Chairman Nina Tassler tell it, the networks only logical move was to offer the studio a deal that would keep Big Bang at the company for the next few years (via E!):

"Comedy is a big part of our schedule, and The Big Bang Theory is the biggest comedy force on television.

"This multi-year deal further strengthens our network's position for future seasons and marks another chapter in the great partnership CBS enjoys with Warner Bros.

"Television for delivering audiences the best in comedy. We're proud to work with and showcase the incredible talents of Chuck Lorre, Steve Molaro and this amazing cast every week."

But the network have only worked out the deal with the studio, and word has it that negotiations with the actual cast might not go as swimmingly.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, most of the central cast are looking for than a 420 percent raise in pay to continue with the show:

"Now that the series has been locked up, studio Warner Bros. Television will now focus on the stars Parsons, Galecki and Cuoco, who are all seeking hefty salary increases.

"The trio, who currently earn $325,000 per episode are seeking up to $1 million per half-hour.

"They're expected to negotiate together, while stars Helberg and Nayyar are also looking for increases and will negotiate together."

It's like a little Big Bang union they got down there.
