New Mega Millions Lottery Total Skyrockets, Check Preview and Buy Tickets for Friday’s Game

No one won last night's $309 million Mega Millions lottery jackpot, meaning that the the new total for this Friday’s has skyrocketed once again. Check the preview below to see just how much before you buy your tickets.

The Mega Millions game total for this Friday has reached a jaw dropping and awe inspiring $353 million, with an estimated cash value of $194 million.

The official Mega Millions website is reporting on last week’s winners writing:

“The ninth largest jackpot in Mega Millions history will be up for grabs on Tuesday, March 11, as no ticket matched all six numbers in Friday night’s drawing. The estimated jackpot is now $309 million ($169 million cash option). The jackpot has been rolling since it was last won in Tennessee on January 3.

"In the March 7 drawing, three tickets matched the first five numbers (11, 13, 51, 57, 69) but fell short of including the Mega Ball of 1. Those tickets, worth $1 million each, were sold in Massachusetts, New York and Texas. A total of 93 Match 5 prizes have been won since the game’s matrix changed last October. Four of those included the optional Megaplier, producing two enhanced prizes of $5 million and one each at $4 million and $3 million.”

With totals this high, it is important to remember to play responsibly, as the website also warns:

“Although most people can play Mega Millions and other lottery games without ill effects, there are some people for whom gambling of any sort can be addictive and very damaging. Like other addictions, gambling addiction is a treatable disease. 12-step programs have proven to be particularly helpful.

All of the Mega Millions member lotteries support and encourage the work of groups like Gamblers Anonymous and the National Council on Problem Gambling to combat gambling addiction and encourage responsible play.If you think you or a loved one may have a gambling addiction, or if you want to learn more, you can call the National Council on Problem Gambling's confidential 24-hour hotline: 800-522-4700”

As always, keep hoping and stop working. --Brick Dozer
