Just because Simon Cowell is in no hurry to make Lauren Silverman his wife doesn't mean he isn't trying to get her pregnant again. Though he at one time feared that he might love his dogs more than his son, Cowell made news by insisting in a recent interview that one baby just wouldn't be enough.
Simon Cowell is never too chatty about the possibilities of a wedding with socialite Lauren Silverman, but he had no problems discussing a baby filled future.
The 54-year-old music mogul recently told his onetime love interest Terri Seymour of Extra, even though he always wasn't sure whether he would love the baby of not, now he can't imagine having just the one (via Express):
"I actually said to Lauren beforehand, 'What if I like dogs more than him?', because I've never had a baby before, and she said, 'You're going be absolutely fine', and then literally within seconds of him being born, I got it.
"I wouldn't rule out [more children]. Well, I got Squiddly and Diddly, and I couldn't imagine Squiddly or just Diddly.
"I had a brother when I was younger, so I kind of think it's cool to have two or three...two."
But the baby making is going to have to wait at least until after Si's mom has a chance to meet this baby.
The trio landed on English soil Wednesday with one priority in mind, getting baby Eric to his dear ole mum before she drives her entire town batty (via Express):
"I think she's told the whole village... she's really excited."
And though some have criticized Cowell and Lauren for traveling with their newborn while he is still so young, Simon explained to Metro that he already had everything OK'd by doctor:
"I just want people to be clear that, yes, he has gone on a plane very early on, but the pediatrician in New York cleared him to travel. We would not have done it otherwise. We would never dream of putting him at any risk.
"Eric is one hundred percent doing brilliantly."
Good...just get him to grandmother's already.
