Teen Mom 2 cast member Kailyn Lowery recently faced criticism for her decision to have a few drinks at her early 22nd birthday party. Lowery fired back at overly judgmental fans via Twitter update, saying that parents over the age of 21 getting a babysitter and then a buzz shouldn't be a source of news or contention.
Kailyn Lowery has apparently been facing blow back on her Twitter feed from fans who felt that her birthday drinking wasn't the sort of behavior that a mother of two should ever engage in.
Lowery, who thought the criticism unfair and unwarranted shot back in a tweet, reminding followers that there was nothing wrong with a "grown up" having a drink, if they're responsible:
"If you're on my case for drinking to celebrate my birthday PLEASE tell me since you've had kids you've NEVER gotten a babysitter to go out."
According to a source at Wet Paint the babysitter was only one of many step taking to ensure the baby's safety before her big b-day bash:
"Not only did Kailyn hire a babysitter to take care of the kiddos, she pumped milk in advance so that her baby, Lincoln, would have bottles to drink from in her absence.
"In fact, she went the extra mile and pumped milk for the day after her party, so that she'd get a chance to fully recover before going back to her mommy duties
Besides, anyone can tell from the apparent weight loss in her recent twitter pics that Kailyn couldn't possibly drinking very often.
According to The Stir, Kailyn seems to have lost all her added extra baby tonnage and them some:
"It can't have been easy to slim down so much just four months after giving birth to baby Lincoln, especially when she gained about 50 pounds during her second pregnancy."
And remember there are many more reasons other than her drinking that make Kailyn Lowery borderline unfit for motherhood, so why go hunting paper tigers.
