Rumors are once again flying that Princess Kate Middleton is pregnant with her second baby bump. Today, however, claims are being made that the duchess abandoned Prince George in order to go on a vacation.
It was just a matter of time before Prince William and Kate took heat for taking a vacation. Social media users are quick to criticize the royal couple, as The Hollywood Gossip explains:
"Prince William and Kate Middleton are facing backlash over their recent trip to the Maldives...because they journeyed without Royal Baby Prince George. The royal couple has received some serious criticism from this on Twitter, such as 'These two really piss me off.'"
Of course, the real gossip surrounding Kate Middleton is that she may be pregnant. Multiple tabloids have reported that she is expecting a child, like Star, who quotes one source as revealing:
"Little George is getting a sister, and Kate is absolutely thrilled. She was really hoping the next child would be a girl, and having it confirmed has just given her the best start to the year, Kate and William are ecstatic."
This suits Prince William just fine, as the same insider claims that he is overjoyed to be having a daughter. Reportedly, he feels like it would make his mother, the late Princess Diana, proud:
"William was ecstatic! He couldn't stop hugging her. He was actually a little surprised, because he was convinced it would be a boy. In his head, he was expecting a brother for George, because he himself grew up with a little brother...He knows his mother, Princess Diana, would have been overjoyed."
