The Jonas Brother's breakup was a just a symptom of a much larger problem that is daring to destroy their personal relationship as well as their band. That is why Joe, Nick and Kevin's mother, Denise, is reportedly forcing the trio into therapy. But don't get you hope up; a Jo-Bro reunion will probably never exist outside the realm of fan-fiction. The brothers might be working on their relationship, but Nick is still working hard on getting his new music ready to release.
When the Jonas Brothers broke up last October, they broke a lot of hearts, but none so close to them as their mother Denise's.
The boys had been letting their ego's damage the relationships they had with one another for years.
A source close to the family told Star that Nick and Joe were at opposite poles and were pulling Kevin apart.
"Joe thought he was a bigger star than his brothers, and all he wanted to do was party and be a rock star, while Nick wants a serious music career.
"Kevin was caught in the middle...They were sick of each other - and angry too."
That is why there mother has reportedly forced the bothers into therapy, she didn't want to see them continue to turn on each other:
"She wasn't going to see them torn apart this way."
"They guys are trying; they're finally realizing that they are brothers first - and that's what really matters."
They may be trying to bridge the gap that has separated them, but Nick isn't looking to get the band back together.
The most "gifted" Jonas told MTV that he is looking forward to releasing the music he has been making sans band:
"I'm still figuring out all the pieces. I'm working on just trying to be creative right now.
"I've actually got a handful of songs that I'm really excited about.
"And I'm ready to sort of show people who I am as a musician and play that out."
