After what seemed like a never-ending pregnancy, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale welcomed their third son into the family February 28. The couple announced Apollo Bowie Flynn Rossdale’s name via daddy’s Twitter the following day. But Pink’s kids won’t be playing with the Rossdale children anytime soon. Rumor has it that musical mothers are feuding over a rejected playdate proposal.
The near 50-year-old Gavin Rosedale announced that his middle age wife Gwen Stefanie and their child had officially survived the risky pregnancy via his Twitter feed:
"@gwenstefani welcome APOLLO BOWIE FLYNN ROSSDALE 2/28/14."
This makes the third and probably final son for the rock star couple; baby Bowie joins Kingston James, 7, and Zuma Nesta Rock, 5.
But they won't be joining Alecia Moore. aka Pink, and her kids on the playground any time in the near future.
Gwen and Pink have been rumored to be less than chummy with one another, but a source close to the pair told Radar Online that Alecia was trying to mend bridges, when Gwen started acting like a "Stupid Girl":
"[Pink] suggested she and Gwen bring their children together for a Beverly Hills playdate.
"Pink was pretty upset when she got an email a couple of days later from Gwen that basically said, 'not now and not ever' to the idea that they bury the hatchet by having their small children meet each other."
But the ill-tempered response could have more to do with her hectic schedule, than just her dislike for Miss Moore.
Stefani is having to deal with the pressures of launching different shoe styles every month for her new accessories line (via NewsOK):
"I'm so excited to be launching my new accessories line gx. The collection is fun, stylish and has some attitude. The idea behind gx is to design high quality and amazing product that I can't wait to wear but at the same time is really well priced."
Some people will do anything not to have to spend all that money on baby shoes.
