American jazz singer Dee Dee Bridgewater is set to tour numerous venues around Europe in November fresh off of her Carnegie Hall gig with Lang Lang and Friends on Oct. 30. The singer will begin her European tour Nov. 14 and will end her European trip on Nov. 30.
After the Oct. 30 event Lang Lang and Friends that include well known pianist Lang Lang and Grammy Award winning violinist Joshua Bell, Bridgewater will fly to Lyon, France on Nov. 14 to perform at the Amphitheatre Cite International de Lyon to kick off her tour.
From Nov. 15 to Nov. 17 the songstress will take her act to London, England to perform at Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club. On Nov. 18 she will be at the 2 Jazz Memorial Giuseppe Roi in Viale, Italy.
The Tbilisi Jazz Festival will then see Bridgewater perform on Nov. 20 that event will be held in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Germany will welcome the jazz singer on Nov. 23,after which she will be in Neuberg performing at the Stadttheater Neuberg. The following day she will be in Nordhausen, Germany on Nov. 24 at the Theatre Nordhausen and then she will arrive in the city of Hamburg to play at Fabrik on Nov. 26.
The latter days of the month of November will see the Memphis, Tennessee native at three more venues. The first stop will be in Eindhoven in the Netherlands on Nov. 28 where she will perform at the Edison Jazz World Awards.
Nov. 29 and Nov. 30 will see the American play at the Theater Russelsheim in Russelsheim, Germany. While on her final day in Europe Bridgewater will perform at the Graf Zeppelin Haus in Friedrichshafen in Germany.
After her break the artist is due to start back performing on Jan. 10 at the Monterey Jazz Festival On Tour: 55th Anniversary Celebration in Santa Cruz, California.
