From Psych to Psycho, it seems like everyone is getting a post episode talk show. The Walking Dead’s trend is spreading like a virus. The new A&E thriller Bates Motel now has a new episode retrospect, Bates Motel: After Hours, hosted by Carrie Keagan. James Roday’s Psych is also joining in on the trend with a special live talk show after the series finale. The Psych After Pshow will be hosted by G4’s Kevin Pereira.
Bates Motel is back and now the check out time has been extended by half an hour. The hit thriller series now has an all new After Hours program. During the 30-minute talk show, we get sneak peeks of what the next new episode has in store.
Speaking of sneak peaks,The International Business Times is offering a plot synopus for next weeks new episode titled, “Shadow of Doubt:”
“Norman’s still focused on Miss Watson’s death, and Norma tries to distract him by making him join a play. But that won’t keep Norman out of trouble. Bradley will be turning to her ex-hookup for help to “escape a dire situation...Meanwhile, Sheriff Romero is ‘pressured to make an arrest for the murder,’ and Dylan and Remo are on edge when a new player comes to town.”
Meanwhile, the show, Psych is airing its very own After Pshow following the final episode.
USA Network President Chris McCumber announced the end of the series during a Q&A session with reporters:
"Psych has made an indelible imprint on the television landscape, with a unique brand of comedy. The final season celebrates the iconic characters that have made this show so beloved, and will be an exclamation point on the series' incredible run. And while the series will wrap in March somehow I don't believe we've heard the last of Shawn and Gus."
The finale episode of Psych will air on March 26.
