Well Psych fans, there are only four more episodes of the long running USA show. However, you will get one last chance to say goodbye to James Roday, Dule Hill and the gang, in an after show special following the final episode. The live interactive event, Psych After Pshow, will be hosted by former Attack of the Show star Kevin Pereira.
Tonight, the final four episodes of Psych begins. In the all new episode, titled”Shawn and Gus Truck Things Up,” reads:
“Shawn and Gus investigate the murder of a food-truck owner.”
After tonight there are only three episodes left of the long running and beloved series.
USA Network President Chris McCumber first told fans about the end of the show, during a recent Q&A session with reporters:
"Psych has made an indelible imprint on the television landscape, with a unique brand of comedy. The final season celebrates the iconic characters that have made this show so beloved, and will be an exclamation point on the series' incredible run. And while the series will wrap in March somehow I don't believe we've heard the last of Shawn and Gus."
Jeff Wachtel, NBCU’s Cable Entertainment, President and Chief Content Officer, also added:
"PSYCH is one of those rare projects that broke into the cultural mainstream. Its wild energy, fearless fun and engaging characters delivered an unrivaled series that will continue to be loved by fans for as long as there are ways to watch TV."
The network plans on honoring the show with a live after show immediately following the finale. Kevin Pereira will host the retrospect event, Psych After Pshow, on March 26.
The new episode of Psych airs tonight at 9:00 p.m. on USA. Be sure to tune in and let us know what you think about the after Pshow announcement in the comments section at the bottom of the page.
