Rumors are still flying that Blake Shelton, of The Voice fame, will soon be getting a divorce. Despite his wife Miranda Lambert joining the show, numerous tabloids have suggested that Blake's hard drinking will spell disaster for their relationship.
Not even after Miranda joined NBC's hit show, The Voice, will the tabloid rumors subside. Of course, Carson Daily doesn't help matters when he says weird stuff about Blake and Miranda's relationship (via Zap 2 It):
"It's become incestuous. Miranda is a vocal fan of the show. She Tweets about it and is very active about it, so this makes perfect sense. I'm surprised we haven't done it sooner. In fact, I wish they'd give Blake's seat to her for one season. We're thrilled to get her."
Still, the tabloids insist that the couple is on the verge of breaking up. According to one source who spoke with Star, Blake needs to act his age:
"Miranda told Blake that he's almost 40 years old [he turns 38 in June] and needs to stop with his all-night frat-boy lifestyle. Miranda finally declared that he needs to either grow and mature with her, or she's leaving."
Turns out Miranda isn't just sick of Blake drinking. She's also sick of drinking, herself. The same insider goes on to reveal that:
"Losing weight has really helped Miranda grow spiritually. She feels like a whole new person. She's realized that she feels much better without staying up all night and drinking alcohol."
