Tonight Fox’s killer drama The Following, starring Kevin Bacon, is all new. Series regular X Men: Days of Future Past star Shawn Ashmore is offering up spoilers for episode 7.
The hit Fox thriller The Following is all new tonight.The official plot synopsis for tonight's new episode, titled “Sacrifice” reads:
“The search for Lily Gray takes a turn when Max faces a new threat. Meanwhile, things aren't what they seem at the latest hideout for Joe, Emma and Mandy.”
Shawn Ashmore, who plays FBI agent Mike on the show, recently spoke to Zap2it about tonight's new episode:
"Despite what Mike has gone through, in prior seasons and episodes, the last moments of (Episode 7) will push him to the edge."
Recently Ashmore, opened up to reporters at the Brooklyn Soundstage about the direction that his character was heading in the current season:
“Things basically drive Mike to the brink.You can’t imagine worse things happening to anybody...Mike was put through the meat grinder really, emotionally, physically, psychologically, through the first season and continuing into the second. so it’s fun for me to explore and go down the rabbit hole emotionally with Mike.”
Meanwhile, actress Valorie Curry, who plays killer cult member Emma, recently opened up to TVGuide about what her character is going through.
“She's been through a lot emotionally.... She was in this place of real grief still over Joe--and over her life that she had, that she'd lost because of him--and hadn't really picked up any pieces. She was holding it all together really, really tightly. So, when Lily and her crew, the twins and whatnot, came out of the woodwork and approached her and tried to win her over, she still had to have that façade...until she finally sees Joe and everything falls apart.”
