Modern Family cast member Ariel Winter has successfully won the battle with her mother over who gets to control her money, according to a recent court update. Sofia Vergara is still putting off wedding plans, but not baby plans. Sarah Hyland was groped by a fan at an event for the show. Jesse Tyler Ferguson had an interesting audition for Dancing with the Stars Australia.
Sadly, 16-year-old Ariel Winter, one of the many stars of Modern Family, had to take her own mother Chrisoula Workman to court in order to get the money that Workman had stolen from her.
According to Radar Online, Ariel's father Glen got the ball rolling on having the money returned, and having Chrisoula frozen out:
"Legal docs filed by Winter's father, Glen Workman--who has control over his daughter's finances--revealed that Chrisoula had cashed their daughter's residual check of $4,000 and deposited it into the account of the actresses' production company."
Sofia Vergara recently admitted that though she hasn't made any solid wedding plans, despite rumors that she was planning three different ceremonies.
When Sofia was asked about her recent trip to a fertility clinic, Vergara told Star she has been planning for a future with fiancé Nick Loeb that will be filled with plenty of freeze dried babies:
"I just wanted to plan ahead. My boyfriend Nicky is three years younger than me and he's never had a son. I have my son, Manolo, so its not an emergency for me to have another kid, but for Nicky, he's never had a baby. Nothing happens naturally anymore. I want to take advantage of science. Why not?"
While attending an event for Modern Family in Australia, Sarah Hyland was felt up by an overzealous fan according to TMZ:
"The 29-year-old man was arrested Tuesday outside a Modern Family after-party in Sydney. Hyland was posing with fans when he allegedly grabbed her breast.
"23-year-old Hyland immediately left the event in tears while her security handled the creep.
"Hyland was remorseful about bailing on the event, saying sorry to all the fans she, "didn't get to say hi to but I had to leave due to an inappropriate touch of a fan."
Jesse Tyler Ferguson has been a guest judge a few times on Dancing with the Stars stateside, but he thought he might try his hand at competing in DWTS Australia.
According to Zap 2 It, Ferguson's performance was all encompassing, yet also seemed to be missing something as well:
"Strangely, it's actually an impressive dance in its own way. Ferguson is obviously a very gifted performer, so even the more awkward of his moves have some charm. And that soft-shoe bit in the middle almost looks like he knows what he's doing.
"What would you call this kind of dancing? That's hard to say, but Ferguson himself goes with 'all-genre.'"
You go girl...don't listen to the bull; haters going to hate.
