Ariana Grande’s debut album, Yours Truly went double platinum, and she shows no signs of slowing anytime soon. The songstress is currently working on her second studio album. Grande recently revealed the lyrics from some of her upcoming songs, including her upcoming duet with Chris Brown.
Ariana Grande’s first studio album, Yours Truly, was a bonafide success. Now the actress is working on her second record.
Last year, Grande spoke with MTV UK about the new album:
"I start recording the second album in a couple days when I get back to Los Angeles and I’m really excited about it. I don’t know too much yet, we just started working on it. I just have one song that I’m very excited about so far that’s kind of done. I’m really excited about it because so much has happened in the last few months… It’s been crazy and I feel like I’ve learnt a lot and grown a lot as a person so I have a lot to write about."
Now thanks to the miracle of Twitter, we have a sneak peak of Grande’s new tunes.
Chris Brown recently gave us a preview of his new track with Grande:
"i dug a single seed into the ground, I hope it grows.”
Ariana Grande jumped in with the next line, adding:
'"in a year or two if you're around, you'll see a rose."'
Grande also added a little insight about the release date for the new track, when she tweeted a response to a fan who asked if it was a song lyric:
“@Abingdong a song u haven't heard that is coming out in march.”
Now Grande has started to post what we assume are even more lyrics online, tweeting:
“I'll give you all I have and nothing less, I promise.... love me and don't look back, I want you with me”
