Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom seemed to have survived their divorce without ever letting things turn nasty between them, but she can't say as much about her own family. Rumor news has it that Kerr is dodging her parents and others, because they don't like her rich new boyfriend. Kerr didn't mind spending a little time with Broadway sensation Irishman Bobby Fox. Fox recently charmed Kerr into doing a recording an original Elvis duet with him.
Miranda Kerr will soon be known for her amazing voice, as well as her beautiful looks, once people hear the new single she has recorded with Broadway star Bobbie Fox.
The duo chose to record the Elvis and Ann Margret tune. "You're The Boss" from 1964's blockbuster film Viva Las Vegas, for Fox's debut album.
Though Kerr has done a little singing once before, playing a serenading server in a Japanese tea commercial, she assures her public that see isn't planning on switching hats (via Independent.ie):
"[It's] not a career change, just a bit of fun.
"I usually just sing in the shower but Bobby Fox convinced me to record a duet with him."
Truth is, lately Kerr has not always had so much to be singing about.
Kerr acknowledges that it has been a struggle coping with her divorce, no matter how easy she and her ex-husband Orlando Bloom try to make it on each other (via Mirror):
"We're trying to do our best to support each other. It's difficult for anyone to go through a separation whether it's on a public scale or not."
Miranda's new billionaire beau James Packer having her family uneasy with feelings that he is just using her while she's emotionally vulnerable, has been the real source of her headaches lately, a source tells OK! Magazine:
"Everyone is fearful that James is with her for the wrong reasons, and he'll just break her heart.
"Miranda has distanced herself from her family. She's become more of a recluse; she goes out in public and fulfills work obligations, but she really doesn't say much to anyone."
Sometimes parents just don't understand.
