Brooklyn Nine-Nine is back with all episode tonight. The Golden Globe winning show, starring Saturday Night Live alum Andy Samberg, has proven itself to be a pcritical hit, meaning that the show is on track for a second season. Check below for plot previews for the next two new episodes.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine is one of the surprise hits of the 2013-2014 TV season. The freshmen cop series starring TV vets, Andy Samberg, Terry Crews and Andrew Braugher. The rest of the ensemble is rounded out with the talent crew of, Melissa Fumero, Joe Lo Truglio, Chelsea Peretti and Stephanie Beatriz.
The gang from the Nine-Nine are back this week with all new instrument.
The official plot synopsis for tonight's all new episode, titled “The Apartment,” reads:
“Jake is buried under a mountain of personal debt, and he faces the possibility of losing his apartment unless Gina can help him out. Meanwhile, Holt and Jeffords conduct performance reviews; and Rosa and Boyle encounter a weekend squad officer.”
The plot preview for next week’s showing, “Tactical Village,” states:
“The gang participates in Tactical Village Day, a training course and competition for all regional precincts, where Amy runs into a former boyfriend. Meanwhile, Holt gets hooked on a phone game; and Rosa gets upset with Charles after he fails to invite her to his wedding.”
Brooklyn Nine-Nine has not officially been picked up for a second season, however, the network seems pretty pleased with the Golden Globe winning sitcom. Fox chairman Kevin Reilly doted on the series when announced to the press last year that show was getting a full season order:
"It's exciting to see that both critics and fans love Brooklyn Nine-Nine as much as we do...With Andy and Andre out in front of this incredible ensemble, it feels like this show is going to be around for a long time."
