Drake Bell may be down, but he is not out...yet. The former Nick star and current voice of Disney XD’s Ultimate Spider-Man may be broke, but that all might change once his new album Ready, Steady, Go! drops in April. Bell recently released the first single from this record, and it has a bit of American Horror Story style theme. Hopefully, Bell can use a little magic to get him back in the black after the recent bankruptcy reports. Meanwhile, Bell’s new tour might be coming to a stadium...sorry...high school near you.
Drake Bell is singing again. The former Drake and Josh star has a new album about to be released this April. The record, titled Ready, Steady, Go!, will be released on the indie label Surfdog Records.
Drake has already released the first single from his new, seemingly low budget album. Check it out:
Meanwhile, Bell is performing at high schools. Bell recently tweeted from his new tour:
“This tour Rocks! Westminster High School brought the NOISE!!!”
During a recent Ask Me Anything Reddit Chat, Drake Bell hinted that he wanted to make a new Drake and Josh movie, when one fan asked:
"I've always been curious about the ‘live audience’ of the Amanda Show. Was there ever really any audience members or was that always fake? Did they just grab random people for a few minutes? And do we really have a new Drake and Josh on the way? That's awesome news if so!”
Bell responded to the fan by saying:
“We actually did have a live audience! Hopefully a new movie with Josh soon!”
Bell later added:
“I would LOVE to make this new movie with Josh we just need you guys to go on all the social media outlets and make it blow up.”
Peck later spoke to TMZ about if he plans on working with Drake Bell anytime in the future:
“I’ve been working a lot on my own and I know he’s pursuing his music, but you never know. But, for now, probably not.”
