Not to be outdone by ex-wife Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross's Twitter engagement announcement, Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz announced a baby update. Rumor has it that Wentz and his model girlfriend Meagan Camper will be getting married before too long also.
It looks like Ashlee won the race to get her son Bronx a new daddy, but his current daddy is going to be able to give him new brother or sister first.
Pete Wentz decided to keep with the current trend of announcing really important life milestones, via personal social media, and he posted his new baby news on Instagram:
"We're super excited to announce that we're having a baby."
A source close to the couple told People that they have been hoping for a baby for some time (via Kpop Starz):
"They've been planning on this for a while and they're really excited for Bronx to have a new little buddy.
"Meagan is a big sister and has a great relationship with Bronx. She's naturally maternal so this is perfect."
Meagan may be slightly maternal towards Ashlee's son but word has it that Evan already loves Bronx as though he were his own son.
Not only that but a source told Life & Style that if it's up to Evan, he and Ashlee will be having their own baby real soon (via Life & Style):
"Evan says he real never wants to be without her for the rest of his life...He said he can't wait to have kids with Ashlee. And he even loves Bronx like his own son."
Plus if anything happen to Ashlee, Evan's big sister is right there to raise Bronx and his siblings right along with her own (via NY Post):
"I'm really happy to have her join the family...We just spent Christmas with Ashlee and her son, Bronx. Ashlee's son is the same age as my son, so they play together."
It's settled. Evan and Ashlee are the better parents, and they should get full custody of all the kids, even Pete and Meagan's.
They deserve it.
