Chloë Moretz Age Issues News: Feud with Quvenzhane Wallis $500K, Designers Don’t Want Her

Child actress Chloë Moretz had a birthday this month, but the 17-year-old feels she is still too young to be taken seriously by the A-list designers of the adult world, which is why she is really upset that 10-year-old Quvenzhane Wallis is making $500K for Annie and gets to keep her favorite outfits.

Chloë Moretz is a talented actress who will no doubt become a bigger and bigger box office draw as she gets a little older over the next few years, but she seems a little frustrated with waiting.

Chloë is starting to let her frustrations show, in ways that aren't always as subdued as would benefit her meager years.

Miss Moretz told Life & Style that, while everybody else got to show up at red carpet events, she was left with whatever cheap rags less reputable designers would give her:

"[Their customers] don't want to see a $500,000 dress on a 16-year-old."

And in a way Chloë can understand when she heard about the perks and money being thrown at rising child star Quvenzhane Wallis, she almost lost control of herself at the trendy West Hollywood restaurant where she was eating.

An eyewitness to the alleged event told Star that Moretz was the one acting like a child:

"In a snotty voice, she said that she couldn't believe that a 10-year-old would make more money than her. She sounded like a bratty teenager with an out-of-control ego. There are many actresses who would love to make what Chloë does."

That is probably true, but it doesn't have anything to do with one's reaction to the news that a 10-year-old stands to clear a cool $1.5 million from the movie alone if it makes more than $145 million domestically, plus she stands to net five percent of overall take, along with ten percent of the money earned from the soundtrack, and five percent of the profits on all other merchandise reports TMZ.

On second thought what adult, wouldn't find giving a child that kind of money for one project is absolutely obscene.
