Teresa Giudice Fraud Trial Charges: Nancy Grace Attacks, Joe and Daughter Gia Gay Slur [UPDATE]

There has been yet another update in the life of Teresa Giudice, who is going to trial (along with husband Joe) over fraud charges. Following a viscous verbal attack by Nancy Grace, Teresa's daughter Gia was caught using a gay slur.

Teresa Giudice just can't catch a break. First, she was charged with over 40 counts of fraud. If convicted, she could spend the rest of her life behind bars.

Then, multiple reports circulated that her husband, Joe Giudice, was cheating on the housewife. Photos were published of Joe having a dinner date with a much younger woman.

Now it seems that her children are even causing her heartache, as her daughter Gia has been criticized for using a gay slur on Twitter. After calling someone a fa----, a media storm ensued.

But, where would Gia have picked up such a terrible word to use? Turns out it was likely her own father, as Daily Mail reports:

"'Growing up, we always used the word. ... We call each other, f*****, homo or whatever, doesn't mean anything. We were friends. We call each other names all the time, it doesn't mean we're gay,' the 43-year-old father of four daughters said."

As if that wasn't enough, longtime attack dog Nancy Grace set the Giudices in her sights. On a recent episode of her criminal justice talk show, Grace revealed that she is certain Joe and Teresa are guilty:

"I think [Teresa and Joe] were in it together and you know what? You can get away with shoplifting, maybe stealing a car but don't mess with the feds when it comes to money. Never mess with the tax man. Never mess with the feds alright? They have no mercy. I predict they're going down. Much as Martha Stewart was used I think they will be used as an example to other people."
