Celebrity Scientologists: Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes; Kirstie Alley Weight and Leah Remini 'DWTS' Reunion [UPDATE]

It's time for another update in the world of celebrity Scientologists. Tom Cruise, the world's most famous Scientology member, had his estranged wife, Katie Holmes, discuss how much better her life is now. Kirstie Alley continues to battle weight gain, as she discusses what type of music puts her in a romantic mood. And erstwhile Scientologist Leah Remini recently reunited with her Dancing with the Stars partner.

Katie Holmes recently opened up about what her new life in New York is like, following her divorce from Tom Cruise. Turns out that Katie is a big fan of the Big Apple (via E! News):

"New York has been very good to both of us. I love the theater, the galleries in my neighborhood. Stuff [like] that is so much of what makes me love this city. I love the Knicks. I love talking to my neighbors in the elevator. I like feeling a part of something big. I love the community in New York. I love New Yorkers. I ran into someone on the street the other day that I went to high school with. I love the moments of spontaneity every day."

Kirstie Alley recently sat down with Extra, where she talked about the kind of music that puts her in the mood. Unfortunately, it seems that all anyone can talk about is her weight.

National Enquirer, the world's least trusted name in news, claims that the actress has gained another 35 lbs:

"Kirstie had been down to 165 pounds only recently, but now it seems she's pushing 200 pounds again."

Leah Remini may not be a Scientologist any longer, but that hasn't kept her out of the news. This time, it's for her role on The Exes.

One of the most memorable episodes recently aired, where Leah had a reunion with dance partner Tony Dovolani, with whom she competed aside in Dancing with the Stars, as Zap2It explains:

"In the special episode, Remini's Nicki has a run-in with a groom named Ralph who looks an awful lot like Dovolani -- but with one major difference. 'Dancing isn't really my thing,' he says."
