'KUWTK' Engaged Kim Kardashian Ruining Body: Khloe and Kendall Jenner Plastic Surgery Worries? [RUMORS]

A new tabloid report suggests that Kim Kardashian, of Keeping Up with the Kardashians fame, may be ruining her body. It's also rumored that Khloe Kardashian and Kendall Jenner are terrified that plastic surgery will destroy Kim.

OK! is back at it. This time the laughable publication is claiming that Kim Kardashian is taking plastic surgery way too far.

According to one insider who spoke with the publication, Kim has spent over $500,000 on surgery and body alterations. Most of that surgery, the source claims, is a result of poor self-image:

"Kim stares at herself for hours-picking herself apart, for her nose to her thighs. Sometimes she's in tears, hating every part of her body. She has stretch marks and things jiggle in places they never did before; she sees lumps and bumps and more fat to fight. Kim likes her booty and her eyes, but that's it. Everything else is a big fat fail."

The same insider went on to claim that her alleged addiction has many concerned. Some friends and family are actually scared that she may die:

"Her sister Kendall Jenner rarely speaks up about Kim, but she did tell her that using fillers will mess up her face-she was worried it might be toxic and could cause her problems later on...Khloe [Kardashian] is definitely worried [Kim] is going too far...All Kim's oldest pals are worrying she's ruining her body."

Of course, Kim isn't the only one people suspect of spending cash on plastic surgery. It has also been rumored that Kendall Jenner has had work done.

Hollywood Life caught up with Dr. Barry M. Weintraub, a NYC-based cosmetic surgeon. Turns out the doc wouldn't be surprised if she got a nose job, though he did point out how minimally invasive the procedure is:

"It appears that Kendall Jenner might have had a rhinoplasty. In the "after" photo, her nose appears to have been made slimmer and more elegant, yet remaining natural-looking and in proportion with her face. In regards to the timeline, it is entirely possible for my patients to have a rhinoplasty and appear in public even a week later without signs of the surgery, depending on the changes made, because I perform my rhinoplasties with care, precision, and without too much trauma to the nose, so a patient can experience a very quick recovery."
