K-Pop New Music and 2014 Tour Update: Super Junior, EXO, 2NE1, SHINee, SNSD and G-Dragon

Time for another K Pop update for 2014. Super Junior may have parted ways, but one of its members is in the news. SNSD, G Dragon, SHINee, EXO and 2NE1 are also making waves with new performances, albums and coverage.

If you're a fan of G-Dragon, then you're going to love "The Rhapsody Issue" of HYPEBEAST. They chose G-Dragon as the first cover of 2014 and outlined why they made the decision (via All KPop):

SNSD is also in the news. This time it's because of clips from their new video for "Mr. Mr." In case you missed the pics, which are up on Yahoo Celebrities,the following description has been added:

"On February 14, the teaser images were revealed through SM Entertainment's official SNS. Just in time for Valentine's Day, the three members stood inside the strange operation room, donning pink outfits. The mystery man was also present in the pictures."

Super Junior's Henry Lau is also in the news. Turns out he has a big spot on the upcoming episode of Real Men, as Korea Star Daily reports:

"In the upcoming February 23rd episode of MBC TV Real Men, Super Junior-M's Henry, K.Will, and Park Geon Hyeong are seen beginning their official stint in the army after concluding their basic training as recruits."

2NE1 has a new full-length album coming out, and it is already drawing some praise from Billboard. According to staff writer Jeff Benjamin, fans can get their hands on the record in just a few days:

"2NE1's record label YG Entertainment has announced a new release date for "Crush." The new album will drop two days later on Feb. 26, which the label calls "a more special day instead" as it is leader CL's birthday."
