Julia Roberts’ Sister Nancy Motes Suicide Autopsy Uncertain; Planned to Ruin Oscar Chances?

Julia Roberts' half-sister Nancy Motes admitted before her untimely death that she had suffered from Julia's emotional torture her entire life, which only caused Roberts to become crueler and more aloof. The preliminary autopsy report states that no one can be certain the exact cause of death until the toxicology report is released, but some believe the real reason for Nancy's suicide was she wanted to finally hurt her big sister by ruining her Oscar chances and her reputation as a nice person.

When last year Nancy Motes revealed that her older sister Julia was sometimes cruel to her in the past and that had affected her fragile psyche, Julia allegedly responded by further isolating her sister, instead of reading it for the cry of help that it was.

But that is not a surprise, Julia has been unnecessarily ugly to her sister her whole life.

A source told OK! that when Nancy made the mistake of capturing a moment with her brand new niece and nephew, Roberts decided to cut her out of her life the best she could:

"[They] had a huge falling out when Julia caught Nancy taking pictures of her newborn twins and accused her of intending to sell them to the press."

It was a lifetime of such humiliating and mean spirited acts that led to Nancy's angry texts on Twitter, though in light of events, one could surmise that she was once again crying out for help:

"So my 'sister' said that with all her friends & fans she doesn't need any more love. Just so you all know 'America's Sweetheart' is a B----!!"

"Do you want to be a fan of someone so cruel? She's not even that good of an actress. Happy you totally F---ed with me?"

"My own family has abandoned me."

Nancy's fiancé John Dilbeck doesn't want people to confuse those tweets with hate or bitterness, but hopes instead that people will see them for what they were: Nancy last desperate attempt at peace (via OK! Magazine):

"Please know the word [Nancy] wrote in online venues were those of someone in pain who loved her family and longed for a closer bond with them."

That being said, Dilbeck's brother Conner told OK! that he wasn't so sure that her final act wasn't a last ditched effort at reprisal, aimed at derailing Julia's shot at an Oscar.

"People in the limelight- -they have to be careful, it can destroy their career or their Academy Award."

Sounds like Nancy knew Julia would miss the Oscar more that Motes existence, so she decided Julia didn't deserve either in her life.

What a thing to do to your baby sister.

Shame on you, Julia Roberts.
