Word has it that Jessica Simpson is postponing her wedding until her mom and dad are able to be in a room together. The pair split last April amid rumors that Joe was gay, which seems more likely by the minute considering his Miami Beach birthday companion is a new model client boy-toy 35-years years his junior. Nick Lachey even admitted that his god fearing father-in-law use to fill him up, on the day that we celebrate Jesus' resurrection no less. Regardless of sexual preference, Jessica says they have to complete therapy before she can have her big day.
Jessica Simpson is reportedly tired of all the bitterness and vehemence between he parents Joe and Tina Ann and isn't going to be putting up with it on her wedding day.
A source close to Jess told OK! that she wasn't having the wedding until her parents got some professional help:
"Jessica loves them both and feel like she is in the middle of their emotional tug-of-war. Jess insisted that they seek professional help so they can be in the same room. It's what she wanted for a wedding gift, and they obliged...That's why she didn't get married over the holidays as planned. Her parents were fighting."
Someone might have to explain that after living a lie for 35 years, there are some things that you just aren't going to be able to talk through.
Joe has always, and still to this day, denies that is now or has ever been gay in anyway.
That being said, he just showed up for his birthday in Miami accompanied by a 21-year-old male model and no one else, but Joe explained that isn't gay at all.
Joe explained via Twitter that is was perfectly normal to follow a boy half your age if you can make money off him at the same time:
"More mis-information in the news. The guy in the pics is my modeling Client. He was in Miami taking agency meetings. That's it!!"
And he was only putting that lotion on him because melanoma can strike anywhere.
And Joe was probably molesting Nick Lechay at the holidays because he was afraid his glutes would cramp up and effect his dance moves.
No one can be sure if Joe is a amateur message therapist, but Nick didn't admit to Andy Cohen on Watch What Happen Live that he has happy that the groping ended with his marriage to Jess (via Bravo).
"The best thing about not having Joe Simpson anymore as a father-in-law, is I don't have to play grab ass under the table on Easter Sunday."
Yeah...but Joe isn't.
