The latest episode of Arrow, “Heir of the Demon” featured Sarah Lance, A.K.A, The Black Canary. Now the show is planning on expanding female hero rooster in the upcoming episode,” Birds of Prey.”
The Birds of Prey are a team of heroines. The lovely ladies even had a short lived TV show, many many moons ago.
Arrow will be bringing the team back to TV in the upcoming episode airing on March 26.
Arrow producer Andrew Kreisberg, recently spoke with Entertainment Weekly about the new show

However, co-producer, Marc Guggenheim, added that Barbara will be coming, saying, “We’ll get there.”
