It's time for another pregnant baby bump update! Megan Fox delivered her second child, Kelly Clarkson got a new puppy, JWoww announced the gender of her bundle of joy and Kristin Cavallari snapped another photo of her baby bump.
Ever since Kelly announced that she was pregnant last year, the world has been fascinated with the pop star's growing belly. But it looks like Kelly just couldn't wait to start taking care of something, considering she just got a new puppy, as Daily Mail explains:
"[Clarkson] posted, 'Everyone...this is our new little puppy Wyatt. He can't replace my Joplin that passed away but he's pretty great!' On the second post she wrote, 'Okay here's one more and I swear I'm done. He loves to be held like a baby, which is great practice for me.' Kelly, who married Brandon Blackstock in October, revealed last month on Twitter that they were expecting a girl."
Kristin Cavallari also made news for her Instagram. The beauty snapped a photo of herself exercising, and she looks ready to pop. In case you missed the post, Reveal offers a description of the pics:

Megan Fox welcomed her second child into the world, recently. According to gossip site toofab, the gender has already been revealed:
"It's a boy! Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green welcomed their second child together, toofab has exclusively learned. This is the second boy for the couple, who welcomed son Noah in September 2012, and the third son for Green--who also has 11-year-old Kassius with ex Vanessa Marcil."
JWoww also finds herself in the news. The controversial reality star came clean about her biggest cravings on her website, where she wrote:
"I'm kind of obsessed with carbs right now! I love love love them!!! All I want to do is eat pizza!"
