It turns out Stevie Nicks is just like us: a crazed, binge-watching fan of cable programming.
With some great cameos in the can already--she appeared in that Fleetwood Mac episode of Glee as well as American Horror Story: Coven--Nicks now wants to try her hand at scoring music for HBO's fantasy phenomenon Game of Thrones.
After her mother passed away, Nicks took solace in the acclaimed book-cum-show, alleviating her anguish in a marathon viewing session.
"I didn't leave the house for almost five months, and then I got pneumonia," Nicks told the Hollywood Reporter.
"With my pneumonia and my mother's death, I watched the entire first season of Game of Thrones. That certainly took my mind off everything."
But get ready for this one, Classicalites.
Nicks confessed further to CBS, "I would love to write some music for the show. I've written a bunch of poetry about it--one for each of the characters."
Did we hear that right? Poetry?
Nothing like K. Stew's awful poesie, we hope.
Finding said verse via the interweb proved more difficult than we thought. So, while we look for that to surface, keep your ears open for any forthcoming tunes dedicated to her ongoing GoT obsession.
