It is a very good time for psychotic killers on TV. The thriller genre is becoming the next hot craze now that vampires have had there day in the sun. Two of the most popular lady killers out there include former Victorious star, Avan Jogia’s, new character Danny Desai on the ABC Family series Twisted and Freddie Higglemore’s version of the classic Psycho character Norman Bates in the new prequel A&E series Bates Motel. Season 2 of Bates Motel is about to start, and Season 1 is now available streaming on Netflix. Warning Spoilers for Both Series Below.
Tonight on ABC is an all new episode of the freshmen series Twisted. In the network's new drama, former Victorious star, Avan Jagia, plays Danny Desai, a teenager who has just spent five years in prison for the murder of his aunt. The official plot synopsis for tonight's new episode, titled ”Sins of the Father” reads:
“Danny wonders if he deserves a second chance, while Karen has doubts about reconnecting with Jack. Elsewhere, Lacey thinks there's a link between Gloria and Vikram; Charlie takes an interest in Lacey; and the mayor is connected to something surprising."
Twisted airs tonight at 9 p.m. after Pretty Little Liars.
The new A&E thriller series, Bates Motel, is about to begin its second season premiere on March 3.

A plot synopsis for return episode of the second season, titled “Gone but Not Forgotten,” has leaked online. The episode preview states:
“Norman fixates on Miss Watson’s death; Norma worries about the future of the motel when plans for the bypass move ahead of schedule; Bradley is driven to extremes as she searches for her father’s killer.”
