The new Mega Millions jackpot total has risen to a whopping $154 million, with an estimated cash value of $84 mil.

Drake Bell could definitely use the cash. The former teen star has fallen on hard times. It was recently reported that actor has filed for bankruptcy. The Ultimate Spider-Man voice actor reportedly brings in a mere $2,820 a month and has a whopping $18,000 in expenses.
