The Big Bang Theory cast is just as busy off the show as on it. Jim Parsons is getting ready to host 'SNL' following its return after the Sochi Olympics. Johnny Galecki has reportedly enlisted ex Kaley Cuoco to help him recap the magic in his relationship by planning Johnny's wedding proposal, once she returns from her Disneyland mini-honeymoon.
Jim Parsons is best known for playing uptight savant Sheldon on Big Bang, but he will need to tap into his character acting chops when he host Saturday Night Live upon its return March 1.
This will be Jim Parson's first appearance on the sketch comedy landmark program according to the Chicago Tribune, but there will be a veteran or two there to show him the ropes:
"The Big Bang Theory star Jim Parsons will host Saturday Night Live when it returns following the Olympics. The March 1 episode will mark Parsons' hosting debut on the late-night institution. Beck, who'll be promoting his upcoming album "Morning Phase," has appeared on the show six times before."
Kaley Cuocu is having the time of her life at Disneyland with her new husband Ryan Sweeting.
The happy couple posted a photo on Instagram of them cheesing hard in the most magical place on earth:
"Mini honeymoon at the happiest place on earth! @ryansweething #myhusbandisadisneyvirgin"
Ryan Sweeting told Us Weekly that when 27-year-old actress it was the luckiest day of his life.
"I'd never felt that way before. Since then we have spent every minute together. I just do whatever makes her happy."
No wonder rumor has it that Johnny Galaecki is turning to Kaley to plan his next big romantic move.
The Roseanne alumni, as reported by Star, is hoping the Kaley will help him plan his proposal to Kelli Garber:
"He is head of heals...He's clueless when it comes to rings, and he trusts Kaley's advice. He's very nervous and wants everything to be perfect."
If by perfect you mean crazy and brain searingly unpredictable then Johnny is probably in the right place.
